The order tracking tool provides every customer who has placed an order on ShopICT the opportunity to track their order and as such know exactly what is being done about i.e. the status of their order at every point in time. This certainly takes the online shopping experience to an all new heights!
Using this tool is very easy. Follow the steps below:
- Go to http://shopict.iita.org and click on (Where is my order?) on the footer.
2. It will take you to the Order Status Page, simply enter your order ID (which was a part of the order confirmation email sent to you when the order was placed) and email into the Boxes and Click “Track”
3. Order status, updates and order details will be displayed to you
